Required SkillsResponsible for the acquisition of new customer accounts that are in alignment with the company sales strategyAbility to identify, pursue, and close new customer accounts that are in alignment with company growth and profitability objectives Create solid relationships with key personnel and decision makers within customer accounts Proactively establish specific strategies and plans to drive new business that is aligned with company expectations Create and effectively communicate solutions that address customer needs and leverages all appropriate products & services that our company offersUnderstands our company value proposition, products, services and solutions capabilities and how to effectively communicate/demonstrate how they address customer needs Understands the competition (strength's, weaknesses, go to market strategies, etc) and utilizes this intelligence to effectively position our company's capabilities in relationships to competitors Business and financial acumen: Understands how to structure solutions/deals with customers that meet the profitability goals of the company
Required ExperienceRelevant print industry experience required. Must have a minimum of 7+ years experience within the commercial print industryProblem solving & decision making skillsProspecting, cold-calling, business development, and account management Ability to cross sell multiple Vertis products and servicesGood analytical thinking and ability to solve problems in a timely fashion Valid Drivers License and clean driving record Must be able to work from a virtual office and be able to travel extensively. This position will cover a designated region within the US.
