TRAK Records and Library is recruiting for a Direct-Hire Recruiter in our Washington, DC office.  As a Direct-Hire Recruiter you will work in all areas of the recruiting process from selling our niche staffing services to prospective clients to the placement of highly qualified information management professionals.  The recruiting responsibilities also include locating top talent, interviewing applicants, consulting with candidates on industry trends and placing candidates on a permanent and/or temporary basis.  In a business development capacity, you will make outbound sales calls for the purpose of prospecting new business, scheduling in-person client visits and identifying direct hire staffing needs.
