CR England, the nation's largest refrigerated trucking company is looking for a Dir of School Operations to oversee operational performance for driver training schools throughout the country.

The Director of School Operations will serve as a resource and partner to school managers, providing them with the training, tools and resources to run schools in the most efficient and effective way possible.

Update and maintain a comprehensive guidebook that assists School Standards and Operations Managers to maintain viable processes that are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations as well as industry best practices

Monitor and maintain the relationship between the state licensing department and the company to insure that each school is in compliance with all regulations and records.

Provide leadership and guidance to school managers

Develop a community of school operations personnel and create opportunities for them to share effective practices

We are seeking experienced managers who are driven, natural leaders and superior record of performance.

Must naturally be highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented with strong time-management skills and the ability to meet and exceed deadlines.

Ideally the position requires a degreed professional with 3-5 years experience in training or transportation at a SR Management capacity.

Demonstrated record of developing and implementing training sessions and building strong teams

Knowledge of budgeting, statistical and control techniques for analysis, while making recommendations for changes as appropriate and necessary.
