Responsibilities include:

Ensuring a quality dining experience for our residents. Supervising the day to day operations of the dining room. Scheduling, managing, and training of dining room employees. Overseeing billing of resident food charges.  Setup for special events and functions

We seek the following qualifications:

* Must possess strong communication skills, be able to multi-task.
* Proven Management experience.
* This individual will need to be empathetic, energetic and have an affinity for working with a senior population.
* Minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality management, and computer proficiency required.
* Ability to handle resident complaints and to be able to solve problems that arise
* Must have a flexible schedule
* SERV-SAFE Certified
