Diligent Services is a clinical extension of Arjo. Inc. & provides clinical consultation for hands-on ergonomic based loss prevention programs in healthcare workplaces.
Job Description:
Domain: Territory/Service Management
Works closely with ARJO Account Executives, Diligent Corporate Account Executives, Diligent Clinical Directors, and other Arjo/Diligent staff to ensure quality customer service within the region. Establishes and/or enhances business relationships with customers at all levels, taking prompt action to resolve complaints and/or address other customer concerns Identifies regional staffing needs, provide work assignments, and provide direct supervision for regional clinical consultants Maintains a result orientation and is determined to achieve injury prevention results Supports a team environment and involves the regional team in decision-making that affects them
Education/Experience/Other Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree related to Nursing, Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy required with a preference for Masters Degree Minimum of three years management experience in acute/long term care, healthcare administration, risk management, occupational health and safety. Minimum of six months consultation experience in the field of risk management, occupational health, and/or healthcare ergonomics. Preferred home-based location includes Albany NY, Hartford CT, Springfield MA, or Poughkeepsie Must have flexibility to travel up to 80%

Ability to work effectively with all levels in health care settings Clinical experience/skills in various health care settings A self-starter who demonstrates the ability to exercise sound judgment and work with little direct supervision Well organized, detail oriented and conscientious Group processing and problem-solving skills, thinks “outside the box” when problem-solving Knowledge of principles of accident/injury loss prevention Enthusiastic, with positive attitudes Computer literate: Windows; MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook (or other email address) and other business-related software Ability to prioritize workload and simultaneously handle multiple tasks Polished and professional written and verbal communication skills Basic management skills including recruitment, hiring, orienting, coaching, performance management and accountability, as well as an appreciation of business aspects of Diligent Services Proactive promotion and “soft” marketing skills Ability to develop innovative methods of accomplishing program goals
