The Digital Sales and Training Specialist effectively educates and sells customer and store personnel electronic services (including cable, satellite, internet, etc) and hardware (including televisions, computers, printers, music players, cell phones, etc.) This associate also creates demonstrations for both store personnel and customers, explains terminology and understands new trends in electronics. Primary responsibility is to drive sales for connection services and electronics hardware within a geographical territory. Educate customers and store personnel on the digital services available within the store as well as the features and benefits of our client's brand and product line, Sell client's entire line of services and hardware including accessories in a retail location, Responsible for coordination and manning of in-store demonstration and sales events, Build relationships with store associates, all levels of management, and customers while creating brand awareness in a comfortable and friendly customer atmosphere, Must be able to lift up to a maximum of 50 lbs, Duties include being on your feet at all times, Weekend and evening shifts required, Land based phone line required, Must have a computer with internet access, Knowledge of consumer electronics terminology, brands, and specifications, Professional appearance, well-spoken, clear communicator, Must have reliable transportation, current auto insurance on personal vehicle and ability to travel within a predetermined geographical territory.
