As a Device Reliability Engineer, you will:
Develop, maintain, and perform wafer-level reliability (electromigration, TDDB, hot carrier, and parametric) testing.Perform qualifications for new technology transfers and fab process changes in a timely manner.Represent reliability on Material Review Board, Process Engineering Review Board, and Change Review Boards.Supervise reliability technicians for executing tests, training new engineers, and educating the company about device reliability.Participate on cross-functional worldwide teams with fab, design, yield, product engineering, modeling and integration to troubleshoot problems and drive improvement actions.Follow the latest developments in reliability in terms of device physics phenomena, test methods, and reliability standards.Successful candidates for this position will have:
BS Degree minimum, MS Degree desired in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry.Experience with wafer-level reliability test techniques and experience with HP4155C, HP 4062UX testers, TSK probers.Strong background in semiconductor device physics, fab processing, statistics (JMP, Excel), SPC and modeling.A strong understanding of the links between process changes, failure mechanisms, and reliability. Programming experience required (Rocky Mountain Basic, Visual Basic, C++ etc).Excellent interpersonal, organizational, problem solving, and communication skills with a creative and pro-active state of mind.Experience with Foundries a plus.Previous reliability experience, wafer fab process experience, and/or parametric engineering experience desired.Marketing Message:
