We are looking for the absolute best and brightest to join our team of dedicated professionals as a Development Team Assistant in our Menomonee Falls office. This position is responsible for providing support to a retail project team.
What you'll do: Assist in the preparation of internal and external project submittals. Prepare travel arrangements. Keep up with team critical dates and team agendas. Organize Team Project Information - updating plan logs, electronic filing, etc. Prepare expense reports.
What we need: College degree not required, but preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Publisher. Knowledge of Adobe Writer and Adobe Reader. Action oriented. Organized and able to set priorities. Customer focused and approachable. Good decision-making skills.
