Provide general support for all aspects of fund development and
philanthropic activities. Perform a variety of clerical, accounting,
and data entry activities to ensure database integrity through data
entry, gift processing/receipt, reporting, research/prospecting, data
import/export, management, and maintenance. Properly execute and
support constituent acknowledgment, stewardship, and cultivation
activities according to legal, philanthropic, and constituent
designation/guidelines. Responsible for reconciliation and accuracy
of financial, constituent and campaign/fund/appeal records. Assist
with all external and internal communications and solicitations.
Provide technical support/assistance to the staff as needed. Hawaii
Pacific Health is Hawaii’s largest health care system including

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management Systems
or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training
and/or experience. One (1) year general clerical support experience
with heavy emphasis on utilizing software applications for data
entry, word processing, mail merging, and execution of spreadsheet
functions. Preferred Experience: Experience in Philanthropy or
non-profit organization
