We are seeking candidates for a variety of Volt positions onsite at Caterpillar's facility located in Corinth, Mississippi. These positions will range in skill level and duration. Manufacturing Engineer Position will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing new processes, machine groupings and tooling as well as maintaining structural requirements needed to support Reman Mini-businesses. The incumbent will also be responsible for engineering changes, work orders, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, quality and writing capital projects to support operations. This position will also update information systems and documentation, which includes factory process and Mfg Pro structures. It will be necessary to give clear direction and plans to other support people in and outside the group including technicians and manufacturing personnel. Very little travel, if any, would be involved. The bulk of the position would be daily involvement of layout and drawings in AutoCAD. *Not all positions may be currently available, please contact Volt for more information.

Requirements:
Requirements: - Self starter - Maintain a high level of confidentiality - Detailed - B.S. in Manufacturing, Engineering or related field; or 2 year degree with excellent CAD experience - Computer knowledge and experience (AUTO CAD) - Ability to read and interpret blue prints - Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills - Analytical and problem solving ability (Troubleshooting Application) - Excellent interpersonal skills - High initiative Submit your resume today!
