DESCRIPTION

A Designer with excellent skills, a passion for design and a stable/successful history of employment. Responsible for construction administration for moderately complex projects; engages senior staff in problem solving.Responsible for building system concepts and documentation process from schematics through construction administration phases within the discipline. Prepare design development drawingsConduct material and product research as required for project development.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree and licensure a plus. Minimum 2-5 years' experience in A/E industry with Education project experienceGood written and verbal communication skills, and strong organizational skills. Computer and CADD literate. Revit experience desired.Very detail-oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible.
