Description:

Looking for an enthusiastic, organized, hands-on designer/drafter to handle regular drafting duties. This person will provide technical customer service by handling technical inquiries for the products, including but not limited to reworks, government, and competitive interchange using judgment that benefits customer service while preserving division profitability. Will complete design setup for new and revised products and assist with drafting as directed by the Engineering Supervisor.

Must have the ability to deal with people at a cross-functional level. Position requires the ability to effectively communicate in oral and written form in order to present information and respond to inquiries from employees, customers and suppliers.

Qualifications:

High School Graduate.

Knowledge of mechanical drawing, elementary mechanics and strength of materials.

Four year degree in technical related field or equivalent experience.

Working knowledge of AutoCad
