Our client, located in Billings, Montana, has an immediate opening for a skilled Design Architect. If you have excellent design skills, and can help them expand upon their role as a national design leader, they are looking for you.

The ideal candidate will possess an architectural degree, and at least 2 years (2-10 yrs) experience working as a Design Architect. He/she will develop design concepts utilizing exceptional hand rendering skills and design ability in healthcare, education, banking, and other commercial and institutional areas. License is plus, but is not required.

Candidate must have strong hand rendering skills, strong computer graphic capability, and will be experienced presenting his/her ideas confidently to clients. They are looking for someone with experience in “western style” architecture, an artistic type. They don’t necessarily want someone who had designed skyscrapers or large buildings.

Our client will also develop solutions to design problems, and may supervise a less senior Architectural Technician or Drafter during a portion of a job. The candidate will have to submit examples of drawings.
