Advanced Mobility seeks an Engineer whose expertise will support the design and development of new products in specialty vehicles, mobile medical trailers and mobile shelters. The successful candidate will have a broad background to support the following:

Key Job Elements:

Develop new product designs based on input from management, customers and OEM partners Define and document new engineering documentation processes Provide technical support and assist management in planning and implementing improvements in tooling and equipment Complete special studies and assignments Regular contact with others outside work group, including customers, manufacturing staff and vendors Maintain safety and other standards

Qualifications (Required):

College degree with a major in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent training Minimum 5 years experience Autocad literate High level of analytical ability to resolve complex or unusual problems High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others High level of oral and written communication skills

 

Qualifications (Preferred):

Knowledge of trucking or transportation products and market Experience building truck bodies or with other materials design work Experience in the military or with military projects
