In this role you will be responsible for the safety and security of residents, staff, and visitors of Bo Robinson Education and Training Center in Trenton, NJ. In this position you will be responsible for overseeing operational compliance with New Jersey Department of Corrections and American Correctional Association standards, as well as CEC policies and procedures. Shift Supervisors and Supervisor of Operations reports to this position. This position is also responsible for maintaining the balance between the operations and treatment staff within the facility.

A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a minimum of five years of experience in management. Experience working in a residential setting, preferably corrections a plus. Good computer skills, word processing, and excellent public speaking skills are essential for this position.
