Manager of Electrical Engineering. The position requires that the Manager of Electrical Engineering manage a staff of engineers and designers working on multiple electrical power distribution system and electrical controls system design projects in the Greater Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania region. This position calls for an individual with an Electrical and/or Power Systems Engineering degree plus a minimum of 10 years experience working on heavy industrial projects. Customer expectations demand a strong working knowledge of and experience in the engineering, design and detailing of medium to high voltage power distribution systems, electrical substations and electrical controls systems. The individual must also have good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with clients and staff personnel. Professional Engineering license or ability to obtain one in Pennsylvania is preferred.
Candidates must have a flexible schedule and quick response time in order to accommodate our customers’ changing needs. Also, candidate must be able to manage others and work independently.
