General Duties:

Maintain a teaching assignment each modulePlan course instruction based on approved syllabus/course outline provided to ensure course content and learning objectives are metDistribute a copy of the module calendar to all students at first class meetingUtilize a variety of teaching techniques to accommodate the learning styles of a diverse student enrollmentDesign, administer and grade examinationsActively maintain student retention by keeping accurate daily attendance records, calling absent students, recording absentee information, and communicating any attendance concerns to the Program Chair or DOEBe available to advise, tutor and assist students as needed

 

Requirements:

Must have 4 years’ experience as a Registered Dental AssistantAbility to teach CPRWorking knowledge of chair-side assisting and sterilization techniquesEffective laboratory skillsTeaching experience helpful, but not necessary, will train!
