We are looking for energetic, outgoing and detail oriented candidate to fill open Dental Assisting Externship Evaluator, Instructors and Program Manager positions. You will prepare our students with the knowledge, skills and work ethic required for entry-level positions in the competitive and ever changing medical field.

Overview of the position’s responsibilities:
Instructor
Maintain a teaching assignment for each module. Instruct the assigned course(s) in accordance with the approved curriculum. Ensure that the quality and quantity of instruction provided in the classroom is consistent with the stated objectives of the school and industry. Maintain a daily record of student attendance and grades in accordance with school policy. Ensure that the classroom and school’s atmosphere is conductive to maximum learning and retention of students.


Evaluator
The qualified candidate will assist the Externship Coordinator in the duties of student placement, monitoring and public relations; will also ensure that the quality and quantity of Extern Sites provided is consistent with the stated objectives of the school and of industry.
Will assist the extern student in successfully completing all externship requirements; will also instruct and demonstrate correct techniques for procedures as required as well as supervise the student’s performance in using the correct technique for procedures and treatments.

Program Manager
Management experience is preferred along with good communications skills, self-starter, and instruction experience helpful. Candidate will be responsible for the evaluation of training curriculum and participating in the revision, development, maintenance, and implementation of existing, new and planned programs, will also manage and coordinate departmental Advisory Board meetings. (Requires at least 6 months of experience teaching or in an educational environment.)


The attributes and qualities that are desired:
At least 3 years of experience in Dental Assisting required. A diploma from an accredited Dental Assisting program. Teaching experience a plus but not required. The desire to help others succeed in their career goals. We are looking for a GO-GETTER with a smiling face to join our family.
