Our client, a leader in the proprietary education field, is currently seeking a Dean (Chief Campus Academic Officer) for its campus in the Kansas City Metro Area. Duties include managing the campus education department, recruitment and training instructors, and providing support to students and other staff.

If you have experience as a Program Manager, Director of Education, Dean, or Assistant Dean, or experience in Student Affairs with a minimum of 2 years of post-secondary education experience, possess strong leadership abilities, experienced in student interaction, and have a proven track record, they are interested in speaking with you. Minimum MS/MA required. Knowledge of accreditation processes a plus. Candidates must have experience in assessment and curriculum development.
