Job Description: HI, We have an urgent need with one of our clients in Wilmington, DE for a Datawarhouse Architect. Please respond back with your resume ASAP. Position: Datawarehouse Architect Location: Wilmington, DE Duration: Full Time Description -Develop strategies for data acquisitions, archive recovery, and implementation of a data warehouse -Identify and define key aspects of the user interface; analysis of speed, space and budget constraints; error handling strategies -Review and interpret business requirements into high level technology solutions; involved in design planning and deployment -Design reviews and approvals; reviewing new software features; recommending new software; communication to designers; governance/adherence; ensure maintainability -CMDA administration; work with Business analyst in categorizing data elements into domain types; maintain Code Mappings; maintain Source to Target mappings; maintain a living document that provides information on where data comes from, their location in the warehouse, how data is processed, how clean it is, how data is used -Implement and maintain a metadata repository -Perform Data Modeling for enhancement and new projects; relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals -Perform a variety of complicated tasks -May be relied on to lead and direct the work of others -Wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected Position Requirements: -Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience -10 years Data Warehouse/Architecture experience -Experience coding, testing, debugging, installing and supporting business applications in Oracle/UNIX Database environment -Experience reviewing and analyzing business requirements for modifications to existing or development of new systems -High degree of experience with Ascential Data Stage and Data Modeling -Proficient in Data Architecture and Data Modeling products such as Erwin -Strong knowledge of Oracle 10G -Knowledge of Cognos Report Net a plus -Knowledge of business applications, operations, system functionality and system processing -Knowledge of concepts of reviewing and analyzing business requirement documents in order to evaluate the systems effort required -Project management, verbal and written communication experience You can view all of our jobs online at http://www.ajilonconsulting.com.

Job Experience: Candidates must be Data Modeling experts and savvy in the areas of Oracle 10g, Erwin, and Data Warehousing design.
