POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

Maintain Product Information, MSDS, and Order Entry Product Message Databases

Work with Uline’s Creative Department to create product diagrams and instruction manuals

Review weekly customer comment and questions reports

Analyze return reports and work to lower return percentages

Work with Product Managers on current and new products

Extensive writing background with a direct and concise writing style

Proficient with analytical research, analysis and MS Office Suite
