We are currently accepting resumes for a Database Architect in Columbus, Ohio. 

Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 5 years of verifiable and demonstrable experience in analysis, design, and development of RDMS in an open-platform, multi-tier, SQL Server-centric environment
- At least 5 years of verifiable and demonstrable experience in the rewrite of data from Oracle platforms to a SQL Server environment
- Hold the Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA) certification and have passed the SQL Server 2000 or 2005 exam
- Demonstrated experience as the lead Database Administrator (DBA) in a team development environment where the team size was 3 or greater
- At least 2 years as a SQL Server 2000 DBA
- At least 3 years of experience database modeling, designing SQL Server 2000/2005 databases and completing associated Enterprise Relationship Diagrams
- Demonstrated understanding of database backup and restore processes
- 3 years experience working directly with end-users to define requirements and provide technical advice and assistance in a large-scale environment
- 3 years creating detail design documents using tools such as Visio and Word
- 3 years experience working on systems deployed to an N-tier platform including deployment strategies
- 3 years experience in developing security for .NET applications including authentication, authorization, impersonation and auditing
- Ability to collaborate with supporting resources across business and/or functional lines
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Good organizational skills, proven analytical, planning, problem solving and decision-making skills
