Responsibilities include:

Update and maintain Carr's sales database.Investigate the sales database in order to identify sales opportunities by geographic area and industry.Distribute sales leads to the proper personnel and follow-up on the progress made with each lead.Generate reports from the database for management.Ensure the proper and diligent use of internal systems by Carr staff.Develop, revise, test and implement procedures and guidelines necessary to effectively administer the database environment.Develop training schedule for all users on how to utilize the company's database effectively.  Report progress on each employee.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Some college course work preferred. Minimum 2-3 years experience. Fluency with a wide range of desktop software applications. especially a database management systems-such as MS Access and Excel. Excellent business communication skills both written and verbal.
