Essential Job Duties: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the following essential duties successfully. Reasonable accommodations will be made to disabled individuals.
Maintain a working knowledge of Rental Production programs, processes, and database systems.Oversee the analysis and improvement of data integrity in all databases and reporting systems.Assist the Director of Rental Production in facilitating the multifamily files/database improvement initiative for the Rental Production division.Oversee planning and implementation of the transition to new database systems.Coordinate data scrubs.Assist program administrators with the analysis of state database systems and reporting accuracy.Assist the Director of Rental Production in streamlining processes and procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.Compile data and draft documents or reports as requested or necessary for the efficient administration of business.Competently utilize software systems.Travel as directed, including long distance travel and overnight and extended stays, if necessary.Maintain appropriate files and documentation as necessary or required.Attend and actively participate in meetings and training programs as directed.Provide assistance to employees, vendors, state agencies, departments, divisions and organizations in a friendly and efficient manner.Maintain and protect confidential information.Maintain a professional relationship with others by ensuring a sense of mutual trust, concern, respect and teamwork.Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
Education, Experience and Skill Requirements:
Knowledge of multifamily housing finance, including loan administration, low-income housing tax credit financing and/or real estate development.Experience with database transitions, data scrubs, and/or file management.Experience with reporting systems and methods.Proven experience with process improvement initiatives.Experience coordinating data entry or data management processes and procedures.
Minimum requirements include; Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Real Estate Development and a minimum of two years related work experience, or equivalent work experience in loan administration, loan or tax underwriting, real estate development, or related accounting.
