1.) Our customer is seeking candidates for the position of Temporary Consumer Service Representative! Great call center opportunity!
Purpose:
This position will go through mid-late fall of 08. Responsible for resolution of consumer contacts, consumer data retention and general office functions for department.
Knowledge:
General knowledge of consumer service processes, call center technology, and pc software - spreadsheets, word processing, database management & internet connectivity. High school degree is required. MUST HAVE GOOD, CLEAN WORK RECORD WITH PROVEN RELIABLE EXPERIENCE DEMONSTRATED.
Skills:
Interpersonal skills to work effectively with individuals both internal and external to the Company. Good data entry skills. Ability to analyze problems and make independent judgments yielding resolution. Ability to work with and maintain information that is sensitive and/or confidential. Strong task orientation. Good written and verbal communication skills.
2.) Pricing Clerk Opportunity!
Must have wonderful Microsoft Excel Skills – up to and including use of Pivot Tables, to use alongside customer database and fix pricing discrepancies. Knowledge of Outlook as well. Position is indefinite, most likely going through the summer or early fall. 1st shift. Respond quickly – this position is going fast!!!
3.) A/P Clerk Opportunity!
Position beginning mid July, but will need to train for a week or so before this. Candidate must have 1-2 years in an accounting role (A/P or A/R), along with an Associates Degree. Good Communication skills a must!
