We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Warehouse Worker

Located in the Wyoming MI area.

 

Position Description:

Count all incoming cylinders. Load/unload trucks on a daily basis. Pull cylinders and verify lot numbers as required.Examine returned cylinders for surface defects, such as dents, cracks, or burns and transports cylinders to designated work area.Segregate out of test cylinders and any defective cylinders as needed.Remove any and all old labels and cleans cylinders using approved cleaning solution.Able to perform all aspects of the Cylinder Filler job description.Fill in as a back up driver on all routes as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.Must be able to lift 10-20 lbs. and occasionally lift 50-100 lbs.Also required to move liquid containers weighing up 1300 lbs with proper material handling equipment.The ability to read and comprehend MSDS, FDA, DOT, OHSA and other company documents.Must be able to perform basic math functions.Ability to read a map and make changes to daily route as needed.Great customer service skills, self starter and a team player.Forklift Training/Experience preferred.CDL License class B, with Hazmat, Tanker and Air Brake endorsements.Have two years of verifiable driving experience or recently graduated from a certified truck driving school
