Customer Training Specialist

 

 

The Customer Training Specialist is primarily responsible for delivering web based training sessions to Monster customers via webex. 

 

The preferred candidate will have previous knowledge of adult learning concepts and expert knowledge in Monster products.  A successful candidate will be highly skilled in the area of group presentation which would include strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

 

Essential Functions:

 

·        Delivery of web based training classes on a variety of topics.

·        Reinforce learning via technology and training techniques

·        Create an engaging captivating training experience via technology  and training techniques

·        Assist with transfer of knowledge by understanding the needs of class attendees and providing guidance where appropriate.

·        Understanding of all new product releases and how these releases impact delivery of training.

·        Continually provide suggestions to team manager and staff on content revision suggestions

·        Evaluate training by evaluating effectiveness of training to specific job applications.

·        Maintain and respond to email requests from sales and customers

·        Coordinate and schedule training times

·        Consistent review of customer satisfaction data to assist with refinement of delivery style.

 

 



  Qualifications:

·        Expert PowerPoint skills 

·        Expert presentation skills

·        Graphic design skills

·        Mastery of adult learning methodologies

·        Experience with adobe captivate

·        BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

·        2-3 years experience in a training delivery

·        Recruiting experience and/or knowledge

·        Strong customer focus.

·        Strong relationship building skills: develops and maintains constructive relationships with others and manages disagreements effectively.

·        Strong communication skills: creates an environment in which people communicate honestly and openly; and information is readily shared. 

·        Strong drive for results.  Demonstrates and fosters a sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals.
