Our client in Salem, OR is looking for strong Call Center Specialists to add to their team. We are looking to fill a solid group of 10-12 candidates.

On a day to day basis, the potential candidate will be responsible for answering customer’s questions, investigating customer accounts, correcting any necessary errors regarding the customer’s mortgages and accepting payments utilizing specific procedures in a professional, helpful and timely manner. These actions will create and maintain a positive impression of the Company.

To be qualified for this position, these candidates will have strong customer service backgrounds with good tenure. We are looking to add these people to our staff immediately but respect the current work situations of the candidates. Training provided and will develop them with the skill level we look for.
