Job Purpose:

Provide a wide range of support functions to both the sales and service groups of a telecom consulting engineering firm.

Duties:

* Provide technical configuration solutions and quotes to customers

* Interface with customer on order status, shipping and invoicing matters

* Provide support to field engineers -- ordering materials, tools, and shipping parts

* Prepare weekly reports as needed

* Maintain parts inventory, including tracking and replenishment

* Test, package and ship parts as needed

Skills/Qualifications:

* Self starter

* Strong organizational and PC skills

* Good interpersonal skills - both internal and with customers

* Telecom technical background
