Customer Support Analyst - Full Time

Seeking highly-motivated individual for the Information Technology department to support our software clients.  Candidate will provide support for clients received through the Help Desk, author and maintain support documentation and conduct training as well as in-house PC support. 

Responsibilities:

Provide phone support and trouble shooting for our software products.Author and maintain all software documentation, Help topics and support materials.Must keep good records of customer interactions into customer contact database.Travel to client sites for installation and training.In-house PC hardware and software support.

Requirements:

A 2 year degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience.Occasional overnight travel to client sites for software & equipment installation and training.Excellent phone, interpersonal and organizational skills.Excellent trouble shooting and prioritization skills for timely resolution of client issues; possesses a sense or urgency at resolving these issues.Strong follow-through, organizational and customer service abilities are also required.A positive mental and work attitude, self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.Technical Writing skills for creating product documentation and support materials.Solid technical aptitude with Microsoft Word.Strong working knowledge with variety of Windows operating systems, LAN and WAN networking concepts and Microsoft applications such as Outlook and Excel.Familiarity of SQL Server, Visual Basic, Visual Studio.net and Crystal Reports would be a plus.
