CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER The Swimming Hole located in Stowe, Vermont is looking for a full time Customer Service Manager. The Swimming Hole is a non-profit swimming and fitness facility complete with weight and cardiovascular training areas, fitness classes and programs. The Customer Service Managers responsibilities include daily management of the Front Desk and overseeing customer service staff. Candidate should have exceptional customer service skills and problem solving abilities, excellent communication skills and be well organized. Desired Experience: 2 years related customer service experience and/or sales experience.
