Basic Function:
Telephone Service Center- Incumbent will respond to incoming customer inquiries via the telephone from current and prospective customers providing product and service information, processing financial transactions, handling customer problems and opening or referring new accounts. Flexible schedules: Must have availability to work evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities:
* A Telephone Service Representative (TSR) spends nearly 100% of his/her time on the phone answering questions for our customers. The working environment involves owning and overcoming customers concerns, including escalated issues.
* Our best TSR never miss an opportunity to build and strengthen relationships with our customers. TSRs always handle each customer with a friendly, courteous touch while following procedures for various types of inquiries.
* Our successful TSRs are self-motivated, have a positive attitude, and have the ability to work well on a team. They demonstrate strong listening, written and verbal communication skills.
* TSRs receive continuous one-on -one coaching and development. We focus on enhancing their ability to provide exceptional service and product solutions to our customers, and work with TSRs to expand career opportunities.
* TSRs are receptive to feedback and have the desire to meet/exceed goals and solve problems while working in a fast paced environment.
* Due to the role that our TSRs play in customer satisfaction, it is critical that teammates and customers can rely on them to work when scheduled.
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule Monday - Sunday.
Basic Qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED
* A minimum of six months previous direct customer service experience
* Basic computer and keyboarding skills
* Excellent verbal communication skills
Ideal Qualifications:
* More than six months previous direct customer service experience
* Previous call center experience
* Verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
* Ability to analyze, consult and problem-solve
