CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR
Piscataway area Distributor/Manufacturer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Supervise and oversee department of 5 Customer Service Reps.
-Oversee the taking and processing of orders
-Help set up structure, policies and procedures for existing department
-Responsible for hiring reps, evaluations and salary reviews
-Government contract administration
-Utilize MS Word, Excel, Outlook and JD Edwards

REQUIREMENTS IN ORDER TO QUALIFY:
-Over 5 Years of  Product Customer Service experience, taking and processing orders, with 
  Several Years as a Customer Service Manager or Supervisor
-College Degree
-Strong Excel and knowledge of JD Edwards
-Experience establishing policies for a Customer Service Department
-Government contracts experience a plus
