Charter Steel is currently looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our team.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

·        A Bachelors degree in a business-related discipline

·        Demonstrated prior supervisory or managerial experience

·        Demonstrated skill set that includes quantitative analysis.

·        Demonstrated leadership, training, and problem solving skills.

·        Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills.

·        Demonstrated knowledge and capability with resource planning (ERP) systems.

·        Demonstrated software application skills.

·        1-2 years of customer service support experience.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·        Graduate degree, business discipline.

·        Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent
