Customer SERVICE SPECIALIST Progressive, fast-growing lender and financial services provider seeks an experienced Customer Service Specialist for the Meadville office. The position has additional responsibilities supporting the appraisal function. Responsibilities include: =Establish, develop and maintain strong and effective working relationships with internal/external customers, prospects, and visitors to the local branch by providing a consistent quality level of service, which is timely, thorough and responsive to customers and exceeds their expectations. =Processing loan payments received at the branch office =Disbursing loan funds =Maintaining records in Loan Accounting System =Support appraisal department for both real estate and personal property appraisals =Performs construction progress inspections =Investigates and obtains needed information from courthouse and government agencies =Maintains database with workflow, building construction costs, statistics, fee income contracts and others as required. Requirements: =Education or experience equivalent to a Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, paralegal experience. =Knowledge of Appraisal function and/or real estate sales experience. =Knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and required formats to recognize and correct correspondence and reports. =Ability to work independently under general supervision =Works well in team environment to accomplish team goals. =Knowledge of computer software applications and hardware.
