The Fabri-Form Company is a progressive, $50 million sales manufacturer located in New Concord, Ohio. We are seeking a team player to be our Customer Service Resource Coordinator in our Sales & Marketing Department. We offer excellent benefits and a competitive base salary, plus profitsharing. Job Scope:
Essential Job Duties:
•Responsiveness and organization in reporting requirements to internal and external customers
•Monitor commercial aspects of account management which includes:
- systems development, inventory levels
- supply both production and executive management schedules and forecasts of customer requirements
•Monitor vendor costs and changes
•Respond to customer requests
•Enter orders and follow manufacturing’s shipping performance
•Obtain and maintain a working knowledge of all Fabri-Form processes
•Attend and participate in daily production meetings and relay information to the company and to the customer relating to sample and production programs
•Field all incoming customer inquiries, and to complete the tasks necessary to resolve customer issues
•Gather requested information from the company, and to relay that information to the outside sales personnel
•Coordinate internal and external communication with all applicable departments regarding sales and customer service issues.
Customer/Vendor Interface:
Customer Service Resource Coordinator will be required to communicate with customers on a frequent basis through phone conversions, email and other written correspondence, and possible customer visits. He/she will also need to be involved in meetings with vendors as the situation calls for.
Travel Requirements:
He/she should possess a willingness to travel as required.

Education and/or Experience:
A bachelor’s degree is required. Candidates can have 0-5+ years of experience. Employee will be expected to be highly motivated. Fabri-Form would also anticipate a rapid learner in this position.
Language Skills:
Customer Service Resource Coordinator must have excellent written and oral skills for communication. He/she should have a pleasing manner and be people-oriented. Employee will be required to interface with personnel at various levels and should be able to deal with a multitude of personalities. Customer Service Resource Coordinator should be able to express him/herself well.
Computer Skills:
This position requires a high level of computer literacy. Employee should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Internet Explorer. The ability to print AutoCAD files and use Adobe PDF programs is very helpful.
Mathematical Skills:
Customer Service Resource Coordinator should possess the ability to work with advanced mathematical concepts and formulas. Employee should also possess a strong business sense and be able to analyze and interpret data in a meaningful way.
Reasoning Ability:
This position requires analytical ability, inquisitiveness and thoroughness. This position will require excellent organizational skills. The job will require that employees be focused, but he/she should still be able to handle multi-tasking, managing several projects at one time.
Physical Demands:
This position requires sitting at a computer work station for the majority of the work day, will also require going through filing cabinets as necessary.

The Customer Service Resource Coordinator should maintain a neat and professional appearance. He/she must possess the ability to work well with other team members, other departments within the company and outside companies (vendors and customers).
