The Virginia Beach Consumer Lending site is seeking a Customer Service Research Representative for the OPS Support Dept. Under general supervision, provides both verbal and written responses to written inquiries and Customer Action Requests, providing timely, quality resolutions of a routine nature. Has ability to operate computer terminal and has good understanding of technical system and functions to resolve customer inquires. Interact with other departments, sales branches, sellers and third parties, to provide quality resolutions. Prepares necessary response or applicable documentation regarding customer inquiries and may make adjustments to customer accounts. Comply with regulatory agencies and keeps current on federal, state and industry specific policies. Recognizes solicitation opportunities and remains familiar with product offers. Maintains and updates customer service records on all inquiries and complaints in accordance with company guidelines. Displays a professional and courteous image at all times while dealing with internal and external customers. Has experience or working knowledge of all activities and transactions, which might affect customer accounts. Performs other related duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: • High School graduate or the equivalent required with two years related experience • Good communication, organizational, and math skills • Basic typing/computer keyboard skills required • Knowledge of consumer finance lending and collection laws desirable • Good analytical and written communication skills required • Knowledge of RMS and Tracker preferred See Job Description Benefits:
