We are seeking dynamic customer service oriented individuals with great communication & typing skills for our Pueblo & Colorado Springs, CO service centers.  The Service Representative serves as the primary liaison between the local market and our customers.

 

Duties

Handle incoming customer callsMonitors, verifies accuracy of, and corrects work ordersPerforms appointment confirmation callsPerforms customer call-aheadsHandles invoicing, daily close-out procedures, daily bank depositMaintains daily store filesHandles reschedules and pending work ordersAssists Account Manager in setting up and servicing accounts

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience working with the public delivering excellent customer service requiredExcellent organizational skills including attention to detail and accuracyAbility to apply selling techniques over the phone preferredExcellent verbal communication skillsProficient computer skills

Note: This position requires working some Saturdays.
