Customer Service and Call Center Representatives Sought

You have talent, ambition and skills—now’s your time to achieve something more with us.  Kelly Services is now recruiting for experienced, professional, tried and true Customer Service Representatives to fill various customer locations.  Our ideal candidates will demonstrate outstanding listening and communication skills and be able to provide excellent resolution to customer inquiries or complaints.  Pay rates vary from $9.00/hr up.

In this role, you will:

·         Interface with customers via inbound or outbound calls, or the Internet 

·         Resolve routine problems with products or services

·         Log inquiries and complaints in the company database

·         Update customer records upon request

 

We are looking for people who are very detail-oriented and are able to multitask effectively in a working environment. Other requirements include:

At least one year of customer service experience (call center experience a plus)High school diploma or GED Knowledge of basic computer operations Willingness to rotate shifts, as needed (must be flexible)Dependable and pays attention to detailAbility to adapt to changes quicklySolid problem-solving skills Ability to type 30-35 words per minute Strong communication and interpersonal skillsTeam player attitude
