WSI is currently hiring Technical Support Agents for our H&R Block client. We need motivated individuals who are able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
A working knowledge of networks Basic software troubleshooting Hardware functions
QUALIFICATIONS:
Effective communication skills Prior help desk experience or formal IT education is preferred Ability to work in a great team environment
