Description:
Volt Technical Resources is partnering with a local manufacturer to offer a Customer Service Representative position within their Transportation Department. This opportunity is a contractual opportunity, and hourly wage will depend on experience. Candidate will be working Saturday and Sunday with two days off during the week to compensate. Duties will include Scheduling Appointments, Tracking and Tracing Trucks, Purchase Order Requests and Discrepancies, OS&D Reports, and other duties as assigned. The ability to demonstrate courtesy and effectiveness in dealing with others is very important.

Requirements:
A minimum of two years customer service experience is required. Must have a high proficiency with Microsoft Office. EOE
