Job Summary:
Responds to inbound calls servicing customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
Duties:
* Provides customers with product and service information
* Maintains customer records by updating account information.
* Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
* Researches billing issues
* Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
* Reports any out of line conditions affecting customer satisfaction.
* Assists others with comments or questions about application approval.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent, Basic reading, writing and aritmetic skills required, Computer and Keyboard skills, Good telephone manner, Professional verbal and written communication skills.
