This position is responsible for supporting branch level sales functions to ensure positive sales growth and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answer customer inquires and enter orders via the AS400
• Follow up on the status of pending orders for customers
• Functions as liaison between customer service and other branch departments
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints using problem solving techniques and sound judgment
• Expedite all orders as required
• Produce monthly order guides
• Service National Accounts as required
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualification Requirements:
• 1 to 2 years customer service experience
• Outstanding customer service skills including the ability to problem solve
• Able to work in a fast paced office environment
• Must be a self starter with the ability to multi task judgment and decision making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient using the AS400
• Possess strong PC skills in Word and Excel
• Hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
