We need a talented individual to fill the role of OE Customer Service Representative at our Solon, Ohio facility.  This position will be responsible for processing customer orders from receipt to completion working with the customer and the manufacturing plants to assure timely delivery of product.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in customer service or appropriate service related organization.  Must be familiar with working in a manufacturing environment.  Must be computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.  Experience with QAD operating system a plus. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration would be preferred.  Additional language skills are a plus.  Will substitute a degree with a high school diploma and 7-10 years of experience in customer service in a manufacturing environment.
