Job Description:
Represent the XIKAR brand and support XIKAR sales and distribution operations through inbound and outbound phone call management. Support customer and sales representative needs, take orders and solve problems.
Duties:
* Manages sales information by receiving and making telephone and email communications
* Takes orders as needed, makes calls to customers for sales promotions
* Acts as customer ombudsman, answering questions; forwarding messages; confirming customer orders; keeping customers informed of order status.
* Serves customers by backing up order entry / invoicing associate during heavy order periods.
* Enhances organization by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Skills/Qualifications:
Office Experience - Strong organization and prioritization skills, including written and verbal communication. Strong attention to detail.
Job Experience: two years telephone or telemarketing experience required. Customer first attitude required, desire to help people (personality a must!).
Technical Skills: Experience with email, Word, Excel,
