Inside Sales Support/ Customer Service Representative

Our Minneapolis location, with offices in Golden Valley and Brooklyn Park, MN employs 400 employees. We are currently looking for two Customer Service Representatives at our Golden Valley location that are ready to join a hard-working team and maintain our company’s vision of being the best packaging solutions provider in the Twin Cities.

This person will be responsible for being the customer’s point of contact for our Sales Representatives and for ensuring clear communication of the customer’s needs to all internal departments. Key responsibilities for this position will include:

Accurately maintaining customer records, including contact and pricing informationAccurate order entry- estimates, order promising, changes/ adjustmentsMonitoring and trouble-shooting order fulfillmentResolving customer problems directly or working with others in the organizationAnswering customer inquiries in a timely and educated manner

Required skills and experience for this position will include:

Product knowledgeBusiness system software knowledge, Amtek Imaginera a plusUnderstanding of Microsoft Office applicationsKeyboarding Business writingManaging internal & external relationships (customers)Balancing multiple priorities in a fast paced environmentAccuracyDetail orientationBasic mathHigh school educationPrevious customer service experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
