Responsibilities: Answer and dispatch customer service calls. Process service reports, invoice and follow-up on collections of service calls. Schedule training and travel for field service and customer personnel. Work with and backup the other Customer Service Representatives in a wide variety of departmental functions.
Qualifications: Requires at a minimum a High School Diploma with two years work experience in Customer Service field; preferably in a medical or manufacturing position; excellent communicative, organizational and computer skills.
