GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide assistance to the HearingLife group to achieve performance targets in the sale of hearing care products and supporting the provision of hearing services.  This will be achieved through excellence in customer service, administrative duties, product knowledge, sales and marketing and other related functions.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE JOB

Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service. Maintain and respect patient confidentiality. Input data in all office systems accurately and timely, including filing. Coordinate courier dispatch/delivery, bank deposits where appropriate. Ensure office appearance is clean and professional. Provide support to Hearing Health Care Providers and other office staff as requested. Monitor and ensure appropriate stock and office supplies are available. Monitor and report inventory as required. Comply with all company policies and procedures. Support Marketing promotions.

 

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED FOR EMPLOYMENT

2.       Proficient use of Microsoft Office and quality reporting systems.

3.       Effective communicator.

4.       Work with minimal supervision.

5.       Excellent organizational skills.

6.       Detail oriented.

7.       Demonstrated ability to establish trust and rapport and perform work based on the principle of integrity.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT (Licenses, certificates, credentials, altered work schedules, travel, etc.)

1.       Saturdays and/or overtime may be required.

 

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

·         High School Diploma or equivalent.

·         Six months experience working in office and/or Customer Service role.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
