Are you looking for a company that you can learn and grow? Then this might be the job for you.  We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Batavia, OH.

 

 Some duties include:

 

Practice safety and safe use of the equipment.Provide input into building the annual plant sales budget and monthly forecast. Assure customer billings are accurate, including exceptions and account reconciliation. Assure consolidation of shipping information, including cost management.Build the plant relationship with new and existing customers, working with the sales associates to ensure all aspects of service to the customer, such as schedule, quality of product, on-time delivery, and service recovery issues are resolved.Perform and coordinate order entry process and system, including job jackets, production estimates, work and shipping instructions.   Document, monitor and achieve customer service and shipping operating metrics, such as on-time delivery, service recovery turnaround and complaints, sales forecast dollars.Provide detailed information to capacity rationalization of new and existing business, working with Scheduling, Sales and Corporate Business Optimization functions to meet fluctuating customer demands.Document and coordinate customer complaints and concerns with a focus on facilitating issues resolution at the plant and overall communication, internally and to the customer.  Participate in a high performing team to support the short-term and long-term growth of the Plant.

 

Qualifications:

 

Knowledge of label printing is highly preferred.Literate in MicroSoft Office or the equivalent. Ability to learn business information systen skills.Excellent Written and verbal communication skills.Articulate, clear, persuasive and passionate in the spoken and written word.College level math.  Working knowledge of budgets and financial statements.Move about in offices and plants, and travel, as needed.Business experience and relevant industry experience.  Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience preferred.  Rational, logical, fact-driven decision making.Read and analyze production data.Relate to people at all levels of the organization, including diverse cultures.
