Acme Dock Specialists is a 49-year old family owned sales and service company. In recent years we've seen significant growth and have set elevated goals for the years to come and we want you to grow with us. Currently we are seeking a career-oriented individual to become part of our Customer Service Team in Omaha, Nebraska.

Currently we are looking for someone to fill the position of Customer Service Representative. This position is responsible for handling all service delivery requirements for their assigned territory while maintaining an image consistent with Acme Dock Specialist’s philosophy towards professionalism and customer service. This position is responsible for directing service and installation activities to ensure that customer and company needs are met. In addition to having excellent time management and organizational skills the successful candidate will have the necessary skills to accomplish the following:

Maintain contact with all customers, salesmen, and service technicians within their territory. The CSR must be the first and last contact with the customer from the service department for every service request. Ensure that all sales orders within their assigned territory are in the correct status in our Order Processing system and invoice all completed work within a timely manner Process all Call-In Service requests Understand and communicate the customers expectations to everyone involved in every service request. Ensure adequate communication exists between the customer, service technician, and salesmen regarding any difficulties encountered during the service request and ensuring that the customer is satisfied with all aspects of service provided Manage all territorial Planned Maintenance contracts Issue Purchase Orders and send outgoing Invoices to customers Maintain warehouse inventory and supplies
